You can either create an account when you place your first order with us or fill in the short form here, just by putting in a few details. You’ll also need to agree to the terms and conditions of the World of Hemp rewards programme.

Once you have Boost points, you can use them on any future purchase when you go to the checkout. Your points balance will show up there and you’ll have the option to redeem them, you can use some of your points balance or all of it in one go - the choice is yours. If you want to save them for a future purchase instead they’ll be there when you shop with us next time.

Once you’ve created your account you’ll be able to sign in and see your points balance there. You’ll also be able to view your past orders and their shipping status. We’ll also email you once a month to let you know your points balance.

As long as you have an account with World of Hemp, your points will stay valid and there’s no expiry date in which you need to use them. If you choose to close your account with us your points balance will be lost.

Unfortunately points are non-transferable between accounts.

There’s no limit to how many points you can earn and keep on your account. You can keep earning points as long as you’d like to and redeem as many or as few as you choose but please remember they have no cash value.

When you refer a friend, once they’ve placed their first order they’ll receive a £5 credit and you’ll get 500 Boost points.

Once you’ve successfully placed your order your points balance will automatically be updated in your account. We’ll also email you to let you know how many points you’ve earned. Typically it’ll happen immediately but may take 1 to 2 days to update.

Boost points have no cash value and are only valid to be redeemed against future purchases from the World of Hemp website.
